Start by applying 1-2 sprays on the feet and gently massage into the skin. Over a few weeks build up to 3-4 sprays applying to the feet only.

 

After 4 weeks you can use the spray on the legs, arms or tummy, starting with 1-2 sprays before building up to 3-4 sprays. 

Do not spray onto the face or broken skin.

Patch test prior to use.

 

1 Spray = 12.5mg magnesium

63mg elemental magnesium per 1ml

Purified Water, Magnesium Chloride (250mg MgCl₂/ml).

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
